Our Rhinebeck Gnome of the Year Kit was created in order to share our love of gnomes and the NY Sheep and Wool Festival. We make a limited number of this special edition kit each year.
This year's Rhinebeck Gnome is our final limited edition as we say goodbye to this business we have loved so much. This sweet gnome is building us a rock cairn to help guide us, and maybe you, into the unknown future. Or to help us find our way back to each other down the road.
All of our gnome kits now come with 3 flesh tones - we encourage you to make your gnomes multicultural!

This Kit makes: One gnome approximately 6" tall
This kit contains the following materials:
- natural batting for gnome
- gold batting for jacket, and green for hat
- Flesh tone batting for face and hands
- curly locks for beard and hair
- grey batting for rocks
- 2 38 gauge felting needles
- Detailed instruction sheet
* You will also need a foam surface to work on. You can use a piece of upholstery foam, or a large sponge, or purchase one of our foam felting pads.
